At the American Academy of CPR and First Aid, we provide two options for hands-on CPR Skills testing based on your convenience and availability.
Blended Hands-On CPR:
This approach blends online learning with hands-on skills practice at your location. Here's how it works:

- Exam: Pass the online exam with a score of 80% or higher.
- Get Manikin: Order and get a manikin delivered to your location for practical CPR training.
- Schedule Live Session: Once you receive the manikin, schedule a live virtual session with a certified CPR instructor.
- Skills Assessment: The instructor evaluates your hands-on CPR skills during the live session. To pass the course, you must successfully complete this component.
- Certification: Upon passing the hands-on CPR skills test, you receive a digital certification.
In-Person Hands-On CPR Skills Testing
If you prefer in-person learning, we offer traditional CPR training with face-to-face instruction and hands-on practice. If a location for in-person training isn't accessible, our Blended Hands-On CPR Training can serve as an ideal alternative. Here's how the In-Person Hands-On CPR Training works:

- Skills Assessment: During this session, your practical skills will be assessed. You must pass this hands-on component to successfully complete the course.
- Certification: Upon passing the hands-on CPR skills testing, you'll receive a digital certification.
